Dr. Janet L. Denson, the daughter of the late Jacob and Betty J. Denson, is a native of Parkesburg, PA and currently resides in Laveen, AZ. She is the mother of one son, Jason LaMar Denson, who is the joy of her life.

After graduating High School, Dr. Denson received her Bachelor of Science Degree (1972) from Parsons College in Fairfield, IA; Master’s Degree (1978) from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, and her Ph.D. (2009) from Capella University in Minneapolis, MN.

Dr. Denson has dedicated much of her time to the ministry which God birthed, in her life, over 20 years ago.  She is the Founder and President of Love Images Ministries, Inc., an Evangelistic Outreach Ministry which in January 2014 became a 501c3 Organization focusing in three areas: Ministry, Education and Community.  Ministry provides us to offer Christ to those in need by SERVING. Our scriptural foundation comes from John 4:7-8 says “Dear friends, let us love one another, for love comes from God. Everyone who loves has been born of God and knows God.  Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love.” Education is a key division of the organization providing fundamental elements in the pursuit of a job, career, and profession. Self Confidence and Self-Esteem Workshops, Financial Guidance, and the Re-Entry Scholarship is provided to further assist the focus.  Community focus provides us the opportunity to offer services that benefit others. Involvement in Homeless projects, organizing charitable contributions, Senior Citizen assistance, and most importantly providing workshops on Caregiving for the Caregiver which aids in the quality of life for both the Individual and the Caregiver.

Dr. Denson accepted her call to the ministry on December 6, 1999, studying under the leadership of Dr. Warren H. Stewart, Sr., Senior Pastor at First Institutional Baptist Church (FIBC) where she had been a member since 1981. She was licensed to preach the Gospel on December 1, 2000. During her time at FIBC, she served in various ministry leadership positions including Praise and Worship, Choir, Prayer, Children and Youth and Hope Center, and VISION 2000 Steering Committees.

Dr. Denson LOVES the Lord and counts it an honor to serve wherever and to whomever in and outside the walls of the church and is evident in her down to earth personality. Her motto is “I am convinced if there were more LOVE in the world, what a better world it would be.”
