Sheyla M. Barnett is the founder of BabeInc Consulting, a non-profit organization located at 3327 N. 109^th Ave. Avondale, Arizona.  Sheyla has a MBA Degree in Global Management from the University of Phoenix. Bachelor of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior from the University of San. Francisco and an AA Degree in Education from Chabot College in Hayward California.

Sheyla recently retired from AT&T and brings over 30 years of experience in Employee Training and Personnel Supervision, Strategic Planning and Process Development, Organizational Planning and Project Management to her consulting business.

Sheyla’s International experience includes Strategic Operations and Process Development, Employee Training and Development, and Supervision for a new joint venture for AT&T in Mexico (Alestra). Operational Process Consultant and Project Management for partnering venture with AT&T Canada.  Sheyla is also a certified Diversity Training Facilitator.

Sheyla is a member of First Institutional Baptist Church (FIBC).  Sheyla accepted Christ into her life at an early age.  However, accepting the journey God has ordained has taken a bit longer.  Always careful to give God the Glory, she continues to strive to understand what purpose God has for her life.  In answer to her prayers, she was led to (1 Corinthians 12) that says we each have spiritual gifts, and that the gifts have a purpose.  There is much diversity of gifts, and differences in ministries, but it is the same God who works in them all.  In that end Sheyla realized that she needed to use her business knowledge, experiences, and administrative talents to help others.  She firmly believes God’s guiding words in (I Peter 4:10-11) to be good stewards of His gracious gifts we are to minister to one another. Having the desire to teach, guide and mentor Sheyla chose consulting as her ministry.  She feels her ministry is to provide the building blocks for non-profits and small businesses. Her goal is take the visionary ideas of the founders and develop them into strategic plans that lay solid foundations for them to use.

Sheyla served in the capacity Personnel Chairman on the Board of Directors of FIBCO Family Services.  She also serves on the Board of Directors for Love Images Ministries INC. where she is the Executive Secretary.  Sheyla is involved in Women’s Ministries and mentors women through her involvement in Titus 2 Women.
