Charlotte D. Hillman is a native of Oklahoma City, Okla. She graduated from Classen High School (OKC, 1977) Langston University (Langston, OK, 1983) with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music Education, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary (Ft. Worth, TX, 1986) with a Master of Arts Degree in Religious Education. She acknowledged the call to be an evangelist in 1993. In 1995 she was licensed to preach the Gospel after training from her former pastor, Dr. Warren H. Stewart, Sr. In January 2004 she was ordained under the leadership of Elder Bryant L. McNeal at Spirit & Life World Ministries.

Charlotte accepted Jesus as Savior and Lord in her mid-teens and has served the Lord in many ministries: as a choir member, songwriter, preacher/evangelist, prayer-warrior, Evangelism & Discipleship Ministry, Praise & Worship Coordinator, Youth and General Sunday School Superintendent, and teacher to name a few. In her spare time she enjoys writing skits, poems and performing in skits and plays. Charlotte has written two Gospel witnessing tracts one for females and the other for singles. Charlotte has also composed various songs of praise. Charlotte also publishes devotionals to encourage women entitled Manna. Charlotte is the marriage partner of Pastor Jerry W. Hillman (since 1984). They are the blessed parents of Cassaundra M. Hillman (1988). God has blessed this union and bestowed many gifts and talents on the entire family, and they are sought out by churches, pastors and denominations as ministry consultants.

Currently Charlotte is on assignment as a 6th Grade teacher at Edison School. She acknowledges that this too is a call and mission from God. Charlotte and her family are members of Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, Sherman J. Fort, Pastor.

Charlotte is the Founder of HALLEL MINISTRIES. She recorded her first CD in August 2002 at her family reunion with a thirty-voice choir, of which twelve family members assisted her. Her second in memory of her late mother, is available.

“I find great comfort and encouragement for myself and others in Psalm 34:8 ‘ . . . O taste and see that the Lord is good . . ..’ Because God is not only worthy to be praised; but He is worthy to be trusted!”
